PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN LA CAIXA

La Caixa affordable housing maintenance at the state level. 

This five-year contract includes the management and corrective and preventive maintenance of the Foment Immobiliaria Assequible buildings. It is the solidarity line of real estate services of La Caixa. The objective is to offer affordable housing to the least favored sectors of our society. 

The service includes 3,745 homes in more than 30 municipalities throughout Spain. Among them Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Córdoba, Seville, Tarragona or Vitoria.
