MAINTENANCE AT THE CIUDAD REAL UNIVERSITY GENERAL HOSPITAL

Maintenance of the facilities of the General University Hospital of Ciudad Real. These are maintenance: 

- Systematic Preventive: In coordination between our staff and the technical staff of the center. In this sense, a range of preventive maintenance has been developed. These are planned and executed by our own personnel. Always taking into account the availability of personnel, the needs of the center and the priorities. 

- Conductive: Resolution of incidents and breakdowns. The goal is for the facilities to be operational at all times. In other words, healthcare areas will be prioritized to provide an immediate response. All these works will be coordinated with the different services of the hospital. 

- Regulations: Indicated according to regulations. Made by statutory and own staff. 

- Predictive: Monitoring of different variables that identify the correct operation of the facilities. Such as electrical consumption of general tables, thermographies, etc. Said works are carried out by our own personnel.
